Haptic Space is an Architecture studio with a focus on the creation of enabling, healthy and regenerative community and residential environments.

The physical environment impacts the way we live, act and behave as well as our health and wellbeing. At Haptic Space we aim to design healthy, enabling and inclusive environments. We utilise biophillic and therapeutic design principles to guide us, carefully considering place, connection to nature and natural systems, materials and environmental performance, striving to design for all our senses and abilities.

Living in a time of a climate emergency, we know the built environment also impacts the health and wellbeing of our planet. Environmental responsibility is core to our design approach as we strive to go beyond sustainable towards regenerative design. We will carefully consider how we touch the ground, use materials, energy, water, air and handle waste, aiming to support local environments and ecology as well as wider environmental restoration.

We will interrogate the evidence base to find manageable, flexible and affordable solutions.
